First, I prepared dough:
I heated the milk with the butter (50 gr.), Until the butter melted.
I mixed flour, salt, egg, sugar then added yeast with milk.
I made a pizza dough: D
I put it in a bowl and covered it for 35 minutes.
During this time I peeled the onion, chopped it.
In a pan I melted 30 gr. Of butter, I added the chopped onion, I hardened it well and then I added the ham and I hardened it further until it had a golden appearance.
Then I took it off the heat and let it cool a bit.
I put the onion pie in a round shape but it also fits very well in a normal oven tray.
I greased the form with butter, then I spread the dough, on top I spread over the dough the composition with onion and ham.
And on top I garnished with the sauce for the filling, which I prepared before from the liquid cream, the 2 eggs, salt and pepper.
Then I put the form in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
It is served hot but also cold, it is good.
The potatoes, washed and cleaned in advance are cut into thin slices, seasoned with salt and pepper and placed in a tray, side by side. Sprinkle with a little olive oil and put in the preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15 minutes at normal baking, then 15 minutes at double grill (or you can harden in olive oil then set aside and do the same with eggplant). Sprinkle salt and oil over the sliced eggplant, then set aside for 20 minutes to get the water out of them. Add over the potatoes. Two layers will be formed: one with eggplant and another with potatoes. Season with fresh rosemary, small onions and chili. Sprinkle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes (I started the double grill and left them for about 20-25 minutes, the mozzarella was already melted and caught the crust).
Choose a small ceramic pot if you cook the quantities in the recipes. Musacaua will bake evenly and the taste will be special.
You can add sour cream or cheese on top to serve or garnish with green rosemary leaves
Pancakes with bacon steak
Here's another light but hearty breakfast to make on a lazy Sunday morning may not be the healthiest, but it's worth it after a hard week's work. All you have to do is beat a simple pancake batter and pour it over a strip of ribbed bacon until it has a beautiful golden brown color.
