I washed and cut the donuts into quarters. Then I prepared the brine: 2 l vinegar = 4 l water, I added the spices + sugar + salt, mixture and let it simmer until it boils.
In this hot brine, pass the donuts for 1-2 minutes, take them out and place them in a jar. At the "bottom" of the jar I place horseradish slices, donuts, horseradish on the edge, celery leaves, then I pour the juice in which I boiled (with spices). I fill the jars and put the lid on.
It is kept in the cellar :)
