Put the 5 eggs to boil with a pinch of salt and leave them for 10 minutes. When they are ready, we pass them under cold water and then we peel them.

Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Drain the tuna from the oil (if it has it), mix it with butter, lemon juice, salt, pepper to taste and 4 yolks that we pass through the grater with small mesh. Chop a little green parsley, sprinkle with dried dill and incorporate.

With this composition we fill the halves of the egg whites and join two at a time. We beat the two remaining eggs with salt and pepper. We roll the stuffed eggs in flour, beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs. Heat some oil in a pan and brown the eggs on all sides over a suitable heat.

When they are ready, we take them out on a plate in which we place a kitchen napkin.

Serve hot, plain or with a salad, pickles. I told you I had another composition left to fill two more eggs.
