  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 140 g coarsely chopped walnuts
  • decoration

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Mini cake with sour cream and walnuts:

Mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt well until you get a strong foam. Mix the yolks with the sugar well, add the sour cream and mix well. Separately, melt the margarine and let it cool for 10 minutes, then incorporate it into the yolks. Add sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder, mix well. Add the beaten egg whites, incorporate them with slow movements from bottom to top. At the end we add the coarsely chopped walnuts. I chose to make a mini cake in silicone shapes. We placed special papers in the silicone forms, we divided the composition into forms, we filled 14 silicone forms. Put the molds in the preheated oven, they are ready when they pass the toothpick test, leave them to cool and then they are glazed with melted chocolate and colored dragees.
